2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide proof of purchase and photos of the item (if necessary).
Once approved, return the item to No. 32-C, Jalan Tun Dr Awang, Mukim 13, 11900, Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use or missing components.
4. Exchanges
